Buddy and Pepper unexpectedly lost their owner recently. Their owner said in his facebook that mama cat and her two babies were his best friends. Mama cat was rescued by him about 12 years ago. Buddy and Pepper were born around 8 years ago. Now all are in need of another loving family where they can be loved. BUddy and Pepper would like to go together if all possible. Both are current on Rabies, FVRCP and current on flea treatment with Revolution. Mama would like to go together with Buddy and Pepper but mama realizes that it would be nearly impossible so she is willing to go separately.

Buddy, 8 years old, neutered, shots, litter box trained, and micro-chipped with Avid. He’ll sit upright, propped up against a wall with his front legs draped over his belly! He’s a chatty-catty with tons of personality. He likes being with people, and of course, catnip and treats! He and Pepper are like fric and frac and I'd like to see them stay together.

Pepper, 8 years old, spayed, shots, litter box trained, and micro-chipped with Avid. She’s sweet and shy, but a great companion. She’s been through the most out of the 3 with this traumatic experience and needs a loving home who can let her be herself again. When I reach to pet her, she rears up on her hind legs to meet my hand, so she can get petted just a second sooner! She has a playful heart and giving soul. Buddy seems to be her rock, it's be nice to keep them together.

Michelle who is acting as a temproary foster mom. She says:
He, the owner who passed away unexpetedly, used to talk about Buddy all the time to his friends, and even walked him on a leash, although I haven't tried this yet.

I'm trying to get more of Pepper's story, as I found her tail has been broken at the base (it's crooked, but only noticable to the touch), and her front legs are a little bowed.

Buddy and Pepper are like Bonnie and Clyde--- they even walk to the food dishes side by side. If Pepper feels insecure, she goes to Buddy's side. photo of them together Last night, she was playing (for the first time) with a red pompom. She would chase it, and then put it on Buddy's legs, who, of course, wasn't moving for anyone. I retrieved it, and she did it again.

If you would like to meet Buddy and Pepper or would like more information, please contact Michelle at (404) 663-5969. She can bring the cats down to our adoption at Centinella in about 10 minutes.
