Meet Madelaine

Madelaine is a beautiful black tuxedo kitten with an endearing white stripe on her nose.
She came from a hoarding situation where human contact was minimal and her world
was crowded and uncertain. Because of that, Madelaine started out shy and unsure,
watching quietly from the sidelines or more likely, under the bed.
Since living with a foster, Madelaine has made amazing progress. Day by day, she’s
learning that humans and toys can be great fun, and there’s no need to hide.
Toys—likely a brand new discovery for her—are now a source of enjoyment, and it’s a
delight to watch her play with toys and other kittens with growing confidence.
Madelaine is also discovering how good affection can feel. She’s learning to accept
love and continues to blossom into the affectionate, sweet, playful kitten she was
always meant to be.
Madelaine would thrive in a home that understands her past and celebrates her
progress. In return, she offers something truly special: the chance to watch a
once overlooked kitten learn to trust, play, and love—perhaps for the very first time.
